2. Cancellations During Production: Once production has begun, cancellations may be subject to partial refunds based on the work completed and expenses incurred up to that point. We will assess each situation individually to determine the appropriate refund amount.

Refund Policy:

1. Quality Concerns: We take pride in delivering high-quality video content. If you are unsatisfied with the final product due to quality issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to address any concerns and make necessary revisions. Refunds may be provided at our discretion if quality issues cannot be resolved.

2. Failure to Deliver: In the rare event that we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances or technical limitations on our end, you will be entitled to a full refund of any payments made.

Refund Policy by Service Type:

Explainer Video, Corporate Video, Ad Film, E-Learning Video:
Refunds for these services will be initiated within 24 hours, and it will take 5-7 working days to credit the amount to the customer’s bank account.

Game Design & Development and Interactive Video:
For these services, refunds will be initiated within 24 hours, and it will take 10-15 working days to credit the amount to the customer’s bank account.

3D Modeling:
Refunds for 3D Modeling services will be initiated within 24 hours, and it will take 3-5 working days to credit the amount to the customer’s bank account.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund:

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact our customer service team at info@3dtris.com / +91 96061 00233 with your order details and reason for cancellation/refund request. We will process your request promptly, and the refund process will be initiated within 24 hours. Please note that it will take the specified timeframes to credit the amount to the client’s bank account.
